MatrixLab is a digital creative studio offering personalized services such as logo design, branding, websites, and digital content. Because our services are custom-made and tailored to each client, we do not offer refunds once the creative process has begun (e.g., concept delivery, design drafts, or revisions).
Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as a confirmed error in service or non-delivery of the agreed project. Requests must be made within 3 business days of final delivery and will be assessed individually.
Clients are encouraged to review their project scope and expectations before placing an order. We offer consultations and clear outlines to ensure satisfaction before work begins.
