PRIVACY POLICY - THE BASICS

MatrixLab offers digital creative services, including logos, branding, social visuals, websites, and videos. Due to the customized and creative nature of these services, all sales are considered final once the project work has begun.

Clients are encouraged to review all service details before confirming a purchase. In cases where a deposit is paid, that deposit is non-refundable once any part of the creative process has started (e.g. drafts, revisions, meetings).

If you believe a refund may be warranted due to a service issue, you may contact us within 3 days of project delivery. MatrixLab will assess requests on a case-by-case basis, but cannot guarantee refunds for completed or active projects.

WHAT TO INCLUDE IN THE PRIVACY POLICY
